Waiting in line to order or pay, you'll most definitely get offered a fresh, right out of the kitchen, falafel. And once you inevitably accept it and take a bite, you'll realize why they call Freddie the King of Falafel and Shawarma. Sticking to his namesake, the lamb is more in the style of shawarma than typical cubed lamb from halal trucks, but it is all very fresh, and the red sauce is SPICY.
